About Us

Singulate Psychiatry, based in Melbourne, offers Australia-wide psychiatric assessments and comprehensive mental health care via telehealth. We are experts in the diagnosis and management of complex mental health presentations.

This expertise is most specifically relevant to diagnoses of complex trauma, personality disorder, and neurodiversity, including adult ADHD and autism spectrum.

Our boutique telehealth services include single assessments and models for ongoing care, including psychotherapy for a limited number of clients.

Please note we do not offer crisis or urgent appointments.

We strive to understand each patient’s unique needs in order to formulate culturally sensitive pathways to improved mental well-being. When appropriate, we work with other healthcare professionals such as psychologists, psychotherapists, nurses, occupational therapists and social workers to produce best possible outcomes.

In addition to patient care, we also provide educational modules and individualised guidance to healthcare professionals interested in developing their skills in mental health care.

Telehealth Services

At Singulate Psychiatry, we understand that choosing the right care is essential for your mental health journey. Our telehealth services offer a convenient option for accessing expert psychiatric care without the need for travel.

Telehealth can be ideal if you value privacy or have a busy schedule. However, it may not be suitable for everyone, particularly for those who may benefit more from in-person interactions. It’s important to consider your comfort with technology and whether you feel you can engage effectively during virtual sessions.

If you’re considering telehealth as part of your care, we encourage you to reflect on your specific needs and discuss any concerns with us to determine if this format is right for you.
